Hey everyone! I’m looking for someone to join a lease since I’m moving in January. Ideally I am looking for someone from late December but would be open to whatever!

It is a bath at N Broom St in Madison, WI. The room is huge and the apartment has a balcony, a TV and laundry is located in the basement. Rent will be about $ but willing to discuss that!
