Need normal female roomie ASAP

First off, let me say no evictions, no 8felonies, no 3misdemeanors, and you can't owe any debt to 0previous 6complexes or 6properties.
I am 0looking for a 6roommate ASAP 7to move 6into Fountain 6Head Apartments with me. Address is 4400 Horizon Hill Blvd. It is an 11 month lease.
We would be on a first floor in a 2bedroom 2bathroom.
I welcome (respectful) couples or females alone.
I don't welcome drugs, smokers, or abusive drinkers.
I don't mind small get togethers, and I don't mind people being over as long as they aren't over too much. Or they will have to pay rent.. That being said, my boyfriend does come over and I also stay at his house too.
If you decide you want to move in you will have to pay a 50$ Application Fee (per person) and you will also have to split the Admin Fee with me (75$) (if we get it done this week the admin fee has already been paid you will just pay me back at a later time)
If you're approved we have to put a deposit down (it will be split) and all bills will be split equally as well.
I'm a really friendly and reasonable person. I hope you're the same.
You have to have a steady source of income along with proof of income. They will ask for your last 3 paystubs, we must make 3x the rent combined. No parents can pay the rent for you, sorry. :/
