My roommate and I are looking for a 3rd person to move in with us! It's a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath house right off ridge ave in Roxborough/ Manyunk area. It's a full house with a nice yard and big living space. The room that is open is a decent size and has a closet. This room is $575 a month and than we split the utilities which normally aren't bad at all. We do have a small dog that lives with us but she is the cutest thing you will ever see.
