Apartment Dayton, OH!!!

I am trying to get out of my lease because I will not be attending Wright State next semester! In order to get out of my lease I need someone to fill my spot. A guy or girl can live here, you DO NOT have to be placed in the room I am currently in (if you are a guy you can be placed with other guys). I currently live with three other girls. We each have our own bedroom and bathrooms, also it is on the main floor so no need to use the stairs! It is a very nice place. There is a gym and tanning with no extra cost! The apartments have a good sized living room and a kitchen (w/ fridge, stove, oven, and dishwasher), and there is a laundry room in each apartment. You can move in at anytime! I would like to move out by the end of this month if possible! The lease is up at the end of July, 2016. I do currently have a garage parking space if you do not want to clear off your car in the Winter, it is $10 a month but I would be happy to pay for the parking spot until the end of this lease!
