I am looking for one or two people to take over my lease. I am willing to leave as soon as you need. I live in a 2 bedroom/ 1.5 bath townhouse for $790/ month (or $395 per person). If you do not have another person in mind to live with, but want the townhouse unit, I am willing to set up a deal where my current room mate will continue to pay her share of the rent until a suitable room mate for you is found. The unit comes with parking, a new dish washer, and a washer and dryer.The landlord is great about communicating promptly, and the apt is located a 5 min walk away from downtown and a 15 min walk to Campus. There are a ton of closets for storage space. Pets are also allowed here and it has a giant space of yard in the back that is perfect for playing fetch with your pup. I know a lot of places fail to inform you about insulation, but the insulation here is great. I have not had to spend more than $80 a month on Utilities (gas, water, electric, and Wifi).
