Description

I am starting a new page in life as a married spouse and will be moving out asap. Beginning my search now, I have a room ready to sublease starting January 15th or earlier. There are 2 other roommates and 1 cat that everyone allows in the open space(kitchen/living room). The room comes with a big closet-2 mirrored sliding doors, one dresser, a built in desk with chair, book shelving right above, and a big window for natural light.The room shares a bathroom with one of the roommates. She is very sweet and easy to get along with. There is a $300 sublease fee, which we can discuss farther if interested.

The apartment is a 4bd 2bath. My bedroom is #3 in the floor plan image. The entire apt is 1,260 sq ft. I'm not quite sure the specific measurement for the room.

The apartment is called The End. Recently the complex has changed ownership so there have been a lot of upgrades (gym, pool, paint, appliances)

Note: The washer was replaced with a new one.
