Looking to sublet my apartment. Paid until December 19th or all of December if needed by January. NO DEPOSIT. NEED SOMEONE ASAP.
It is a 2 private bedrooms, 2 private baths, with attached garage that has an entrance to the kitchen. Great space for family or roommates. 969 sq ft. Rent is $1,377 plus water which usually comes out to $30-$40 a month. CPS and Renters is required. Included in the rent is $70 monthly discount that you will get to keep for the remainder of the lease. Lease ends September 2016. No deposit is required since it is a sublease our deposit will be forfeited to you.
The apartment does not come with washer and dryer but it does come with hook ups. We have a washer and dryer lease that we received through the help of the apartment complex and we can transfer that lease to you as well if you need a washer and dryer. Or the apartment can set you up with a new lease. Or you are more than welcome to bring your own washer and dryer. Our washer and dryer lease is $40/month.
It was a 18 month lease so the rates will not fluctuate or increase by any means.
