-Fully furnished
- Very spacious and bright!!
-It's a 3 bedroom brownstone (the roommate could possibly occupy the 2 remaining rooms) with one bathroom


- LOOKING FOR LONG-TERM RESIDENT: Renter's Agreement is semi-annual (every 6 months); requires 30 day notice to myself to move
-Requires first month rent and $965 security deposit ( security deposit can be paid at later time)

- A total of $1,200 a month would be due each month this includes:
-Rent
-Utilities
-Cable/Internet/Phone



ABOUT ME/ LIVING IN THE APARTMENT:
-I'm a 30 year old professional who has been living in NYC all my life. I work at a non-profit organization in Manhattan. I'm friendly and laid back. I enjoy being with friends, working out, reading, going out, etc.
-I'm looking for someone (male or female) who is financially stable and responsible
-Also, while everyone has their own lives, I would like someone that I get along with
-I'm not anal about cleaning but out of courtesy for one another, ourselves and the apartment, I expect common areas (kitchen, living room, bathroom) to be kept somewhat tidy


That pretty much sums up the place/room/what I'm looking for in a roommate. Again, I'm laid back and would like to have a nice relationship with a roommate and fun living environment but do expect respect and courtesy for the space and one another.
