Campus Crossing Bedroom

Hello everyone and anyone! I am currently looking for someone to sublease my apt at Campus Crossings. I need to move out by December 18th and it would be great if I could get the room subleased by then. My roommates are great and kind people, who are fair and very considerate. My room is downstairs and I do share a bathroom with one roommate. There are three other girls living there, washer and dryer, utilities cap is $120.00 which we never usually go over unless its really hot outside, there is internet and cable. It is also fully furnished. Rent will be $539 a month and you will have to pay the $400 application fee.
