I am offering a 11.5 x 10.5 room for rent at a flat $450 a month with a $225 deposit. You will not have to make any utility, internet, or other misc. payments onto of that.

This place is ideal for graduate students, college juniors or seniors, or young professionals looking to save money. There are three other people living here, two of which are a couple. The couple are very polite and conscientious of other people in the house.

Two of us are 26 and the other is 27. They work full time, as will I starting January. We are mature and we are respectful.

They also own two cats which are VERY well behaved. Our current roommate who is moving out (for other reasons) said he was not a cat person, but even he had to admit he liked these cats.

We are not big on parties, but we do have the occasional game night.
