Looking for housemate(s)!!

Description

Looking for a roommate(s) to share 1750sq.ft. house in Anderson Mill that I currently rent. Two 144sq.ft. rooms available with detached bathroom.

Option 1: $500/mo. + 1/3 bills + $500 deposit for one room and shared bathroom, 11mo. lease at least.

Option 2: $700/mo. + 1/2 bills + $700 deposit for both rooms and private bathroom, 11mo. lease at least.

Both options require a $35 application, which includes background check.

Must be pet friendly as I own a cat. Other pets welcome if they can get along. Additional pet deposit of $300/pet required if it works out. I am a professional, laid-back, not too rowdy, occasional drinker, non-smoker or drug user, moderately left-wing forty-something, male individual.
