We are two young professional men looking for a third roommate (m/f) for an immediate move in at our apartment in downtown Jersey City. The apartment is large and pretty nice in a nice area (3rd St.). There is a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. The kitchen is newly remodeled, and very nice. We have most of what we need for communal furniture, etc. The third room is large with a large closet, an extra storage 'cubby', and two windows. Your rent will be 1167 per month with 1 month security deposit and one month broker fee (also a $40 application fee). No pets allowed.

About ourselves:

Chuck - I'm a 25 year old male currently working in downtown Manhattan as a pre-sales (technical) engineer. I'm pretty laid back and easy to get along with, but cleanliness is important (I'm not OCD though). I enjoy the occasional happy hour during the week, and go out with friends on weekends. Hobbies include skiing, snowboarding, travelling, sports, occasional video games, eating, hiking, camping, salsa, and more.

Ted - I am a 31 year old male currently working in the upper east side as a construction manager. I am originally from the Red Bank (looking to shorten my 1.5-2 hour commute). I am very laid back and easy to get along with. During the week I am generally lay pretty low mostly going running and attending a happy hour or two. Weekends I plan trips and go out more at night. My hobbies are surfing, snowboarding, playing soccer, watching football, exploring NYC, attending sporting events, drinking beer, and eating good food!
