Private Room in 3 Bedroom Apt

Description

We're looking for a third roommate in a 3 bedroom/2 bath apartment in Lisle. You'll have a private room and closet with access to shared balcony, shared full bathroom with one girl, and a den space. The apartment is 2 stories with the mainfloor (kitchen, living room, master) upstairs and the two bedrooms, second bathroom, and den downstairs.

The apartment belongs to the guy, who has the upstairs bedroom, and I have one of the rooms downstairs. The bedroom is unfurnished but the den has a futon and coffee table in it already. We like to keep it clean, and it stays pretty chill and semi-quiet. We have people over every now and then but no crazy parties.

We're looking for someone who's gonna stay a decent amount of time, not just a month or two, who's not going to throw a bunch of huge parties and is courteous and respectful when having other people over. Ideally someone who has a full time job with no crazy hours. You don't have to be our best friend but preferably someone we're comfortable around and who's comfortable living here.
