Looking for someone to rent a spare bedroom in my house on the south side of Columbus. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to interchange and . Off Street parking included. I’m willing to negotiate on the rent price + splitting utilities or we can agree on a set rate where you don’t have to pay extra for utilities if that’s easier. The bedroom already has a queen bed + mattress with antibacterial removable cover and a small night stand but there’s room for a medium sized dresser or tv stand, as well as a closet with double sliding doors. I can put the furniture in storage if you have your own you want to move in. Must be okay with cats in the house, as I have two adult cats that mostly stay in my bedroom, and my current roommate has two that tend to roam the house independently. All are very friendly although somewhat shy. The house is big and spread out so it never feels crowded. There are multiple showers that can run simultaneously and a full washer and dryer in the basement you’re free to use as long as you buy your own detergent. We’re generally quiet and laid back, and friendly, just please don’t smoke inside the house. There’s a spacious back porch with shared furniture you’re welcome to use.
