I’m leasing out my extra bedroom and bathroom in my modern apartment located in the Gateway/Eastmark area of East Mesa starting February/March of . I’ve lived here for over a year and absolutely love the amenities, including a pool, dog park, and well-equipped gym. The complex was built in , so everything is updated and fresh, and the area of Eastmark has lots of up and coming stores, restaurants, and parks.

About the Space:

About Me:
I’m years old and work full-time as a cardiac registered nurse in Scottsdale. My schedule allows me to work three days a week, giving me plenty of time at home.

Pets:
I have a sweet and playful 9-year-old corgi mix named Kiah. I prefer she be the only pet in the apartment, so no additional animals, please.

Looking for:
A clean, responsible, and easy-going roommate who can be added to the lease. Rent and utilities will be around $ per month.
