Room in a two bedroom suite

I am currently living at Parkside Student residence on Carlton street near Ryerson. I am leaving at the end of the month so my room will be available.
I have a Standard single room so I share a suite with another female. She is pretty cool, quiet and respectful. Everything is new and it's fully furnished!
