Roommate needed Shavano Park $615

Description

Currently need someone to fill my extra bedroom until April 2016 or less. 2nd floor. The extra room (not furnished) is, according to , 13x10, has a big window with a pool view, closet is pretty spacious, tall ceiling, bathroom with a garden tub . Apartment- TV, private wifi access, island kitchen, black appliances, living room & dining room are furnished. Building is on a corner, so there's always plenty of parking. Gated Community- washer and dryers-$1.25 each load. Resort style pool. I do have a dog but she spends her time in my room when I'm not there. I pretty much get along with everyone. I can stay out of your way if you'd prefer, or we can drink a beer and hang out! :) I do like my place clean (not sparkly clean, we all leave a few dishes or shoes behind). I don't party nor smoke. So no party people or drugs please. I do go out but not very often. The rent, including utilities, will range from $615-635, depending on the light bill. Never more than $635. Will upload pictures as soon as my current roommate moves out. Room will be available 12/01/15. But you may still come and see the place before then. Pets will be additional $15 though.
