Living room for rent

Description

We have a 2br/1.5 bath apartment. It's 2 storey and bedrooms are upstairs so your living area is going to be downstairs. It's pretty spacious and if you want better privacy you can put the dividers. In addition, there is half bathroom which is going to be mainly yours. Also, you'd have your own walk in closet. The place is right next to occ, and close to other schools around. The rent is $500 plus 1/3 utilities( usually no more than $50)
You would have to be on a lease, which is till October 2016 but if you wanna move, just give a 30 day notice so we can find a replacement for you. Application fee is $45
All the stuff on the pictures would be removed.
