I rent the Property and Currently have a roommate. She is 24 and keeps pretty much to herself, she is usually up by 6:30 and does not come back until 6:00 pm. She also spends a majority of her time at her fiances.

I am 31 male and am very busy. Monday through Friday, I am up by 4 am and at the gym from 4 to 6:30. I am in the shower and gone by 7 am or 715. I get back around 530 but usually keep to myself. I cook a lot and usually you'll find me watching a movie on the couch with a glass of wine and eating. Seriously, i pass out by 8 on the weekdays lol. I am at my Army drill one weekend a month, as i am a Army reserve Drill Sergeant. i am also starting classes again in January so even more time away lol.

So, if you are up for basically a quite living situation where we occasionally (Rarely) have people over, this is your place lol!
