I have two options available. A large room in basement about the size of a small studio apartment. There is a large private bathroom with a shower down there and a large walk in closet. Also, a TV/storage room down there as well. The basement is also a walkout basement if you wanted your own entrance. Or a smaller regular sized room on the main level. There is a full bathroom on main level. Of course full use of the rest of house with kitchen, dining room, and living room. Looking for someone for a minimum 5 month stay if possible. I am pretty quiet and rarely have anyone over. Also laid back and easy going. Available January 1, 2016. I do have two cats that typically follow me everywhere. There is also a garage on the alley I don't use and alley parking along with street parking. Close to Marzyks, Chop Shop, The Abbey, The Elm, Jett, City Park, Zoo, Museum and major bus lines a block away.
