I will sign over my lease to YOU! :) Pheasant Run Apartment Complex! The lease will begin on January 2016 until September 2016. You can move in on December 13th (December rent will be paid for.) Rent of $630 includes cable and internet. The apartment includes free heat, sewer, trash and water. Electricity is through Duke Energy. The application fee will be $40 and deposit $99 (I would be willing to pay for your deposit, if you are approved). Please let me know if you are interested in this apartment.
