Hello,

Looking for someone to share a 2 bedroom apartment near the Irvine Marketplace on Jamboree in the Irvine Company Serrano Apartments. The rent is $1350 which includes utilities. I am looking for someone to move in no later than December 1st but it is available right now if you would like to move in now.

The room is 11.5' x 12.5' with a bathroom inside the room. It has a walk-in closet. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. You will have a parking pass for parking inside the gated lot. There is room to store stuff in the garage if you need it. There is a small gym on- as well as two olympic-sized swimming pools and two jacuzzi's.

I have Direct TV with NFL Sunday Ticket, NHL Center Ice, and the Sports Pack that gives all the Fox channels and BEIN sports. I also have Cox internet throughout the apartment. The unit has AC (I like it cold, hope that's ok). The living room and kitchen is fully furnished.

I'm a 28 year old male originally from Tennessee, Marine Corps veteran and currently in my last year of nursing school. I am either in class, at the hospital, the library, or studying here.
