Hi there! This apartment has been great and I'm only moving because I'm leaving the state. It says it's a studio, but it is actually a convertible, meaning there is a bedroom, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom (just no doors to separate the rooms). I have loved the location because there are tons of restaurants in the area, Starbucks is across the street, the bus comes right on Clark St., and it's close to the water if you're like me and like to run/ be outside.

I've only used maintenance once or twice and they are really good about responding. Pets are not allowed. Washer and dryer is not in unit, but it's in the building facility. Heating is included. Parking is available but extra. I have a car here and bought the 143 parking permit for street parking. Credit score of at least 700 is a requirement.
