Need room, granny flat or team up

Hi to start I'm looking for somewhere between roughly Robina/Mermaid Waters to Coolangatta, Happy to pay more for team up with one other person, I haven't got a paid here's my mail can't put it in properly as system won't allow it but I'm sure you'll figure it out

I am a tomboy at heart, I love cars, music, concerts, camping, swimming, adventure, exploring new places. I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty and do most of my own mechanical work, I'm willing to try my hand at almost anything and pretty good as a handyman. I dance a few nights a week and have an adult daughter I visit 1 night a week at least also so I'm not home a lot as I work fulltime and am gone between pm every day and half day Saturdays sometimes. I have an indoor cat that is super friendly and lazy, he'll cuddle and lick you but doesn't damage furniture or flyscreens or even jump on benches as he's too big and lazy I have a project car (Skyline) so need a space to put it whether that's in a shed (preferably) or in the yard with a cover on it, I also have a heap of tool and some car parts, I have a mower and whipper snipper and know how to use them ha ha I have my own bedroom furniture and fridge that I use, I also have a washer and dryer if it's needed but am will to get rid of thing for the right place as I currently have my stuff in storage but can't afford to keep it so hence why needing some space for storage. I'm happy to purchase a small storage shed if there's space for it. Want to know anymore just ask me. Thanks Linda
