Looking for a roommate!

Room open in 5151 Downtown Littleton apartments. Apartment is on the 3rd floor with 3 bedrooms/2 baths and 2 of the other rooms already occupied. The open room shares a bathroom with me. It is a pretty nice "luxury" bathroom so we do keep it clean. The kitchen is pretty big and completely stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. All you need to bring is food. The living room and dining room are fully furnished with a big TV as well. $800 includes EVERYTHING: rent + cable (all channels - HBO, MAX, SHO, etc.) + high speed internet and phone line + water, sewage, and trash + utilities. $100 non-refundable deposit.

Right now there is a couple of guys in their late 20's living here with the 3rd on his way out. I work at a small marketing company with a girlfriend who comes over a decent amount. She just got a small dog who also stays here sometimes. The other guy is a student at the Art Institute of Colorado. We are "random roommates" for about 6 months so another "random" person should fit right in. I smoke weed occasionally and the other roommate just asks that anyone who does smoke do it on our back patio (same for cigarettes).

We just ask whoever takes the room over to be punctual with rent and respectful of people and their stuff. We both party a little bit but do not keep each other awake and it would be great to keep that going.

It takes about 20 minutes to get to Red Rocks and about 25 minutes to get to LODO most days. Downtown Littleton is a 5 minute walk from here.
