Mature Lady

I have a room to rent immediately. I prefer a lady over 45 who is quiet and neat and easy to get along with. I am 68 yrs old, but not *old*..I am quiet and easy to get along with as well. The room is unfurnished, has a cable and phone connections.

Share the rest of the apartment except each others rooms which are private and no entry is strictly upheld. This is a secure apartment on the main floor.

Rent includes everything except shared toilet paper, floor cleaners, dishsoap and whatever else is shared by both...it is workable. Laundry is on this floor and shopping is within easy walking or busing. Bus stop on both sides of the road.

Rent is $600 per month may consider small quiet dog.
