One very LARGE room w/ walkin

I am trying to rent one room in my house to one person . The room has a walk in closet and the bathroom in the hallway can be closed off to just this room. I have queen size bedroom set (can move it out of the room if you have your own bedroom set) and if you decide to use the bedroom set I will add 50 dollars to the monthly rent of 750. I also have one other room upstairs that I will rent out for 500.
