I have a unfurnished room for rent in my home in the North Fort Worth/Alliance Area off of Heritage Trace!

It is a large house ( 3k SQFT) and has a pool/spa! It is within half of a mile of several restaurants, Starbucks, Target, Costco, and very easy access to the highway.

The room is upstairs and you would share a bathroom (not attached to the rooms) with one other tenant who is rarely home.

There is also a common area upstairs in which I have furnished with a couch, tv, a second fridge, coffee maker, and microwave for extra convenience. You are welcome to use the main kitchen and living room downstairs also!

Utilities are separate from the monthly rent. There is also a refundable deposit of two hundred dollars.

Flexible leases available but prefer to start with a 6-month lease.

Parking would be street parking.

Your prospective roommates are mid-career professionals that are quiet and friendly. I work in finance and spend most of my time in my office either working or playing video games. The other roommate whom you would share a bathroom with, is a professional who works in the technology field and is rarely home.

I have one dog that is a 6-year old beagle.

At this time, I am looking for an individual to rent the room, not a couple or anyone with children.

*No smoking of any kind on premise*

Background check and proof of stable income is required.
