2 bed 2 bath condo located in Lenox Village. Cute up and coming area convenient to a lot of places. Great restaurants, coffee shop and other shops in walking distance. 10 minutes to I-24, 15 minutes to I-65, 20-25 minutes to downtown. Very safe area, full of people walking their dogs, running, etc. I am looking for a female roommate to move in January 1st. The rent is $700/month plus utilities ($30-60/month). The condo is very spacious with hardwood floors throughout main living area, carpet in bedrooms. Granite counter tops, updated appliances, entire unit was freshly painted less than a year ago. Washer/Dryer. A great porch for early-morning coffee or late night glass of wine. Street parking. You would have your own spacious bedroom and bathroom. The main living area is mostly furnished, however I am open to talking about new furniture if you have it.

I am in my mid-thirties, fun, respectful, clean, mature, professional and hardworking. I love being outdoors, traveling, road-biking, hiking, walking, camping & reading. I enjoy live music and love hanging with friends. I love Jesus, try to enjoy every day and be intentional with the people that are put in my life. I have a strong heart for Missions and volunteering and making each moment count. I enjoy having people over every now and then, but I also really enjoy a quiet night in pretty often too. I am pretty easy-going and try to live a simple life.
