Great apartment. Need roommate

I am renting out the other room in my 2 bedroom apartment. The complex is called settlers ranch and the unit is very nice. The apartment is 1207sq ft 2bed 2bath and has a very large patio which overlooks the awesome pool. The apartment is located on the 3rd story. The apartment rent will be between 700-785 depending on the electric bill that month. Looking for someone with a steady job and income. The apartment stays fairly clean, not showroom clean but not messy or anything. I like to have beers on my patio so that'd be great too, but I am not 420 friendly. I'm a very chill guy with a pretty laid back personality. Come check it out and see what you think. Move in around Dec 1st. Maybe earlier if you need. Call or text.
