Looking for a 4th housemate in our 4 bed-4 bath house. It is located at The Avenues on 61st. It is right next to the Abercorn Terrace SCAD dorms, 2 minutes walk from a bus stop. (its a private bedroom with a private bathroom!)
The rent is 695/month not including water and power. With them, it works out to around 750/month. The house comes fully furnished, with a TV with HBO (yaay GoT!). Fully furnished kitchen and washer+dryer. There are really nice bikes that you can sign out for free, so you don't need to buy your own. There is also a garage, if you have a car. And really awesome housemates!
We are super clean and friendly!
