Private Back House!

Description

Looking for someone to fill an opening in a stand alone guest house in Hyde Park. Great location in a quiet area of the neighborhood. It is located less than a 5 minute walk from Hancock Center (HEB, Twin Liquors, Restaurants, etc.) with plenty of bus stops close by as well. The room itself is private, very spacious (for reference that is a queen bed in the picture) and has its own bathroom as well as a washer and dryer located in the room. Cable and internet are available in this room as well (we have AT&T gigapower so great connection speed). The house also has two great porches (front and back) as well as a medium sized back yard.
The main house has a big living room with lots of couch seating, a record player, TV, and sound system. It also has a very nice, large kitchen that was redone in 2008 with new appliances (gas stove, nice fridge, dishwasher, countertops, etc.). I try to be as clean as possible so I am ONLY looking for someone that keeps things neat and is willing to pick up after themselves. I work for an insurance broker and so I will working a pretty normal schedule Monday-Friday. I am a relatively recent graduate from UT (philosophy major graduated in ) and I love music and am a big sports fan. I spend most of my weekends out and about around Austin. I like to go out to Rainey and East Sixth and also enjoy spending as much time as possible down at the Green Belt/Zilker. I am 420 friendly and have a 5 year old mid sized dog who is very friendly and would love to have another dog to hang out with during the day while I am at work. I am flexible as far as the duration of the lease is concerned but would prefer 6 months or longer.
