Looking for immediate Relet to my lease at The Province in Fairborn Ohio. I got job offer for my degree sooner than expected andmoving home .Great facility, I have three roomates who are kind and very clean. The apartment is decorated very nicely and is very homie. It is fully furnished, ( the furniture in bedroom in pictures is mine) but you will receive full size bed, dresser, desk and chair, and night stand for your room when you move in. The apartment includes, free cable, internet, washer dryer (in the apartment), pool, sand volley ball court,24/hr workout facility, free tanning, movie theater, computer lab,, daily shuttle to Wright State University and Sinclair Community College but also walk able distance to WSU. My rate per month is $479. Which includes bedroom with bathroom in it. Very nice big room, window is looking out to volley ball court, First floor. The only utilities you pay is electric which is split between you and other three roommates and usually is around $50 each. Contact me if interested, I will not need any down payment , we will just meet at the leasing office together and you can take a tour and we will go through them.This is my third year here and I absolutely love it but got a good opportunity to move back to home town. I am currently not working because in middle of moving so you can come see it when you please and talk to leasing office. There is also free parking !!!!!! You get so much for a good price!!!
