Student Roommate Wanted

Available is one bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment is quite large with two living rooms, a full size kitchen, and 3 bathrooms. The apartment has w/d in unit and we have a back porch and a yard. This unit also has a bonus roof-deck! We are looking for a roommate that is either a student or a young professional. My roommate and I are both students at Drexel and Saint Joe's and need a third roommate with a similar lifestyle. We are both cleanly, studious, and love heading out on the weekends. We are both 20 and 21. The rent is 700 a month. We will split cable/electric/gas evenly between all three of us.
