New Listing: Subleaser wanted

Looking for a female subleaser for Spring and Summer (January-July). This is a fully furnished two bedroom apartment in a serene environment. I will leave the place by Jan 3rd for whoever is interested but my roommate will stay there till July. It comes with a very clean carpet, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom. The rent is all utilities inclusive except electric which is typically not more than $25 a month. Feel free to ask me more questions and I will be happy to answer them.
