Month to month lease. But looking for someone who will stay longer than a few months. There is already a girl living there with a lab/retriever ESA pup & I have a small white Maltipoo pup that will be around the apt. The place is quiet & peaceful. Looking for someone who is out of the home a lot during the day so we can have opposite schedules, won't bring friends over all the time as I will be sharing the room with you, & someone who is clean! Maybe not OCD but no messy/dirty girls. Be respectful to us & our pups, must love pups. Can easily pass application process. No more pets since there will already be one in the room. No drugs, smoking of any kind, or alcoholics.
