My roommate and I are looking for four female students to sign on with us in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment at Floco Fusion in Dinkytown for the 2016-17 school year! We are both very outgoing and love to have fun but are also very focused on school and quiet study time is important! We will be seniors at the UMN and only one of us will be living there at a time as I am studying abroad in the fall and she graduates and moves home in December, so the two of us are only taking up one room. There are currently 2 single rooms available and one shared room that is twice as long, so even though you're sharing with someone, you get just as much space!

Rent will be around $650/month+utilities. Water, internet, and cable are included. The lease starts at the end of August 2016 and goes until mid August 2017.

It also includes big mirrored closets, Apple TV, unlimited tanning, Core Power Yoga, and a great courtyard with gameday events! Pets are allowed (I have a cat!) and there is even free printing!! Garage parking is also available for an extra $125/month.
