Lease Takeover

If anybody is interested in living in The Grove Apartments from Jan 1, 2016-July 31, 2016 please let me know. I have a lease for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a low rate of $565 a month. THE MONTH OF JULY WILL BE FREE BECAUSE I'VE ALREADY PAID IT FOR YOU!!!! I won't be living in Fayetteville next semester and is transferring schools so I am in serious need for someone to take over my lease. The apartment is already furnished as well. It includes a washer and dryer inside your apartment. You'll be for 1 room and one bathroom and will have 1 other suitemate, so if you know other people that are wanting to sign a lease my suitemate is also looking for someone to take over hers and y'all can request to live with each other. Appliances are included as well. Pets are allowed. It's a college living apartment with a friendly environment. It also includes a swimming pool, tanning bed, fitness room, a bistro, sand volleyball, game room, basketball court, fire pit, grill, and lots more. SERIOUS INQUIRES ONLY!!!
