House sublease spring 2016 semester

It's a master bedroom in a 4 bed 1 bath house on main floor. I am moving out because I am transferring to a campus in Sioux Falls. The house has no major issues. The landlord is from sioux falls and will work out problems you may have. The roomates that live there are all pre med students.
