Subleasing 1 room in a 4 bedroom

I'm subleasing my bedroom in a 4 bedroom 3 floor townhouse in Copper Beech for Spring 2016 semester. The other 3 roommates are all sophomore girls. The unit comes furnished in the common areas as well as individual bedrooms. Your room will have a full bed, desk and chair, and a dresser. The rent is very reasonable compared to other places in Auburn. If you would like to compromise on price or the duration of the sublease I am willing to discuss the possibility of that.
