I have a room for rent in a huge house. I am currently looking for a single hard working female roommate. I am a 34 year old technologist who work for a German technology company. I am very down to earth and sociable.
The amount rent I am asking for is $500 a month with $250 deposit. If that is a problem thanks for looking. I require background, employment , income verification for the last 6 months, and 3 references (2 from your job).

ROOMMATE
I am looking for a professional, respectful, honest female. Must be neat in common area and clean-up after yourself. No smoking, no drugs, no stay over guests, and no pets. Utilities are shared.
