Nice Condo near UCI

Hey everyone. I am looking for someone to share this very nice condo. You will have a private room in a quiet neighborhood that is centrally located near Newport beach, Irvine, UCI, Costa Mesa, Laguna beach and John Wayne airport. Private entrance (sort of.. you'll see)

This two bedroom two and a half bath townhome has a private room available on the first floor with a private bathroom. Easy to leave and enter without making noise. Laundry is located on the second floor along with the kitchen and living areas. Master on the third floor. This makes for a ton of privacy. The complex has a nice pool and hot tub as well. Plenty of storage in the garage. High ceilings, new furniture and beautiful hardwood floors.

I am a working professional male in my 20s and would like to have someone ages 21-35 who is respectful and clean. No drugs, alcohol ok, but please don't bring the party home with you after the bars. I enjoy sports and being social. I don't need to be best friends with my roommate but would like mutual respect. I will take my time to find the right person. I am pretty laid back and very easy to get along with. I like have a clean home but not a neat freak.

One months deposit and first month rent due at move in. A background check and proof of income is required.
