I'm a 21 year old female - U of A student looking for a female roommate to share a cute 2 bedroom-1 bath downstairs apartment. North of campus neighborhood and only a 10 minute walk to campus; bus route is 1 ½ blocks away.

This is a 6 unit complex so you know your neighbors (they are all great). I am laid back and just ask that you clean up after yourself and prefer a non-smoker, but will consider smoker. I have a small dog that loves everyone (only 1 pet per apartment).

Rent is $375 each; utilities average $75 each per month to include: electricity, hi-speed internet, water and trash. No cable, but I have Netflix. Total average monthly expenses $450. There is a $200 security deposit- Off-street parking and bike racks available also. Lease runs until July 31, 2016.
