Sunny room available in the Yonge/Eglinton area for December 1st!! You would be taking over my half of the lease on a beautiful apartment on Broadway! Rent is $875 all inclusive and you don't even have to pay for internet! The apartment is fully furnished aside from your new bedroom!! You would have the smaller of the two bedrooms but that's irrelevant because this room is big enough for a queen sized bed, dresser, shelves and has a sizeable closet. Pets welcomed, this apartment already has a fun kitty living here. Your roommate is a Ryerson student who is responsible and very chill. Parking is available for $65 a month I believe (I can find out for you!) 5 minute walk to the subway/metro there's a Tim Horton's on the corner and Starbucks both up and down the street!
