Hello my name is Jon, I am looking for a wonderful down to earth professional and responsible person to rent my spare room. I live in a beautiful resort apartment that is just too expensive for myself the apartment is furnished however you will have to furnish the room yourself. You will have your own bathroom but it is not connected to the room and you are encouraged to use the rest of the apartment for your comfort zone as well. washer and dryer included as well as the dishwasher and microwave the amenities on the property includes full gym,theater room a pool room, fools ball room, table tennis yoga classes, Tai Chi, boot camp, cooking classes and the list goes on there is 7 outdoor pools Starbucks on the property a bar and grill a huge lake that offer free fishing canoe and paddle boat check out dry cleaning that will come to your door as well as a professional paid masseuse that offers wonderful massages at a price
I work nights in the oil field so in the evenings you will be home alone I expect to maintain a clean drama free household if you smoke please use the porch keep your music at a decent level and just clean up after yourself other than that I do not judge and I am very easy to get along with. I consider myself a peoples person and I strongly doubt that you will ever have complaints about me as a roommate. I am currently 1550 a month for rent and utilities cable is not included I do not have any pets and I would prefer that my roommate not have any either but that is negotiable. I live on the third floor so there is no noise above us but if you cannot I handled the trip up and down the stairs you may not be interested.
