Looking to rent a room out, preferably to a student.
-Room is located in a townhouse complex end unit. Built 2005
-Room is baseboard heated.
-Room also has built-in overhead fan/light
-Room faces South.
-Room has blackout roller curtains.
-Room is at the outer corner.
-Room is partially furnished with dresser and bed and shelving.
-Room is painted light purple/lilac from previous owner so a female student or employed person would be preferred?
-Desk can be provided if necessary
-Parking outside (uncovered)

-Unit has highspeed Shaw wifi
-Private bathroom (painted red) has a deep bathtub but not is not directed connect to the room.
-Access to the kitchen (dishwasher/stove/microwave/fridge)
