I am looking for someone to take over my 1BR apartment located at Locale Apartment Homes. I have recently had a new opportunity approach that will not allow me to fulfill my full lease term. The ideal candidate will need to take over my lease immediately and further the remainder of my lease term ending on July 25th, 2016. By taking over my lease you will be responsible for an upfront small application fee and will need to meet the standard apartment pre-qualification requirements.
