Ladies: $400/mo sublet - Normaltown

Hi there,
My name is Cat and I have a room for rent for one cool lady in a really awesome 4-bedroom house in Normaltown, Athens (Chattooga Ave), by about January 1, or before (I'll be home for Christmas starting about Dec. 23). Preferably you'd want it until the end of the lease in July!

My roommates are 3 absolutely wonderful women each in their senior years at UGA. They enjoy music, movies, art, and books, cultural events around Athens and Atlanta. They are awesome party animals SIMPLY in that they enjoy drinking some beer or wine or cocktails, going out on weekends to a show or to hang at a bar, playing pool, and having a great, laid back time. They are also dedicated students and workers and are often doing homework in their rooms or at Hendershots or something. This'd be a great set-up for another fun and respectable student.

I'm a transplant to Athens and have the opportunity to travel for a couple months, so I have to get rid of my room. The room is pretty normal size and houses a queen bed well. The house as a whole is a great HUGE space (see pics).

Other info:
- ample parking in the back and on the street
- large pantry in the kitchen
- LOUD train passing by intermittently
- walking distance to downtown and Normaltown staples such as Hi-Lo, Hendershots, Daily Co-op.
- utilities would top out probably around $60-80/person.
- You'd share a bathroom with one other girl.
- Free laundry!
- There is a great cat, Lola. I don't think my roommates want any other pets.
