Live at the brand new apartment complex university house!! I am looking for a girl to move into my room as soon as possible and finish out a lease through fall of 2016 (August 15th) because I am wanting to relocate to uptown. This is a 4 bedroom apartment so you'd be taking my room. I have three girl roommates who are each full time college students, we get a long well and are all out and about most of the time and mainly keep to ourselves but get along very well. They are each very good roommates. They are good at keeping a clean house as well.

The apartment has great brand new features, granite counter tops in kitchen and bathroom. Washer and dryer included, pets allowed, private room, bathroom and huge walk in closet(you'll have your own room key). Rent is 655 and it includes everything, one flat rate. Water, electric, trash, cable, internet, garage parking, and all furniture is included in the monthly price!! It also has a chic resort style pool, fitness center, game room, tanning beds, computer and printing station featured with windows and apple computers, also included in the monthly price.

If you are a UNCC student it is an easy 10 minute walk to class, however university house offers a private shuttle for students to ride back and forth to campus.

If you would like to lease here you must be approved (by the apartment complex)!! You will either be approved on your own or have a guarantor(co-signer) who can approve you. Approval process by self is a credit check/proof of income/background check. Approval process by guarantor is a background check on both the future resident and a credit check on the guarantor.
