The apartment is located in one of the very top floors, it is spacious, decorated with art, has a tv with all main streaming services, and has incredible views of the east and north of the river.

The building includes many amenities: a big gym, pool, spa, deck with grills, etc...



Excellent location, walking distance to pink, green, brown, blue, orange and purple, and 90/94 and 290 highways. Building is right in the middle of west loop, river north and the loop. Tons of restaurants and bars in walking distance.

$1400 includes all utilities (except electric). Parking available through the office management (not included)

I am 26, work in consulting, was supposed to live with a friend moving in from out of town but he had to change plans due to his work. . I stay mostly quiet during weekdays and travel a fair amount for work. I am not a drinker but still like to go out, like to watch soccer and movies, read, go to the theater and concerts. I have a CAT her name is Chiruza, she is a little shy but she is calm and a great companion
